Ok guys I have been seeing a lot of comments lately saying how Sanam being a Professional dancer is unfair for other contestants and it won't be justifiable if they win. So I just wanted to express my opinion on it.
1. Because Sanam is a professional dancer they have been judged strictly from day one and their marks had always been deducted.
2. While other couples had been given extra points for their growth abi's growth was never acknowledged in terms of scores.
3. They aren't as popular as other celeb couples and since "voting and judges scores hold equal value", if being professional is unfair than being extremely popular or having huge fan following should be unfair too.
4. This is a celebrity couple show and any celebrity can take part on it. And since, Abigail is one, their participation in the show is totally justifiable.
5. Ok somebody wrote that Abi had also participated in some dance show and sanam is professional that makes them pro+pro couple. Like ok abi was a part of a dance show, but aren't other contestants as well? and how well did she dance back then or how far did she go? Do all the celebs who take part in dance shows end up being a pro? Well, some might, but she certainly didn't.
6. Is sanam the only dancer in the show? No there are other trained dancers in the show as well. Like Brent was trained in jazz and some other forms, like sanaya because she went pretty far in Jhalak and was clearly trained by a choreographer for some good amount of time so unlike abi she did ended up being a good dancer after jhalak (after NB even abi can't be called a non dancer), Monalisa is infact famous for dancing in item songs, so somewhere, there are so many contestants trained in dancing. Infact, you don't even have to be trained some are naturally good dancers as well but it's only Sanam who decided to pursue it as a profession.
7. Imagine what a performance with a pro and an amateur would look like. That would be the most mismatched and horrible combo, because in dancing sync is just equally important. That is why choreographers try to cheat and mask the flaws of the weaker one by overshadowing them with the talented one or else the weaker one will always have more pressure to match up with the stronger one. But, here abigail was never overshadowed by sanam, which is why they deserve to win even more. Abi's hard work is clearly praise worthy.
P.S. 1- This isn't the first time that a professional participated in NB. It had happened in previous seasons as well. Then why the issue of unfairness now? It's just Nach Baliye guys not "Nachbaliye-non dancers".
P.S 2- Good dancers whether natural or trained, will always have a plus point despite them pursuing dance as a profession or not. It would have been unfair if sanam had been favored in the show because of his profession, but they are constantly underscored to balance it out, while performances by other couples were clearly overscored so many times. So him being a pro has become more of a weakness than strength in NB. Then unfair on what grounds?

P.S 3- I am not bashing any couples guys and I am just expressing my opinion on why abinam's participation is totally fair and justifiable. Yeah, I have given a few examples, but only because they were needed, done with good intentions only and I'm in no way trying to bring any hate.
