Ali teasing neil

In yesterday episode Ali teased Neil saying that he forgot to greet him bcuz of ananya presence.

I think it's only because he has never really made much of neil and avni to think there could be anything between them. He has never really seen or felt like they are romantically getting close, and plus ali isn't the jealousy-prone type of guy anyway who would get envious or upset over small things he sees. And why would ali get jealous of neil and avni right now considering he knows that neil is willingly marrying riya and is also suspicious of avni? He hasn't sensed any closeness between the two of them, or seen them actually take any such interest in one another for him to feel jealous.

But I think CVs has a reason behind that teasing.
