If the breakup reason is tight schedule then its better breakup ... if the partner doesn't understand her career and work then not worth to be in the relationship.

Exactly if your partner doesnt respect you and isn't happy with your success then there is no point of being in the relationship. Respect and trust is very important in any relationship. She's genuine nice human being and I am sure she will find someone who loves her for who she is. 😊
