it's some sort of a test/quiz......she gives the questions n we have got to answer and then we get the ranks like O,E,A,P,T,D ETC(O for outstanding,E 4 exceeds expectations,A 4 acceptable etc)

the questions....well she puts them once in 6 months or like that....and it's open for i believe 20 -30 days....u have to answer and the door gets locked n after 5-6 days u get ur result 😊
