After watching the promo i have 2 veiws 1st wat most of them are thinking that neil got to know anvi's secret or neil is getting affected by ali and avni's closeness, bcoz seeing at his expressions kinda of shows that he is getting affected, but since love track is still not started may be the first assumption is right

And i think he is some kind of jealous to see Avni Ali closeness. So by this way maybe gets to realise all his feelings.
