Prologue:
She picked up the photo that fell of as she was stacking the albums into the wall shelf of the study. A smile appeared on her face and she caressed the photo. It was the same person who had done so much for her, that her life now seemed perfect.
It was one year down, and everything was as it used to be. But, somewhere down a few hearts had something which was unexplainable.
Her eyes moistened as she saw the photo. "Thank You" she whispered and placed a kiss on the photo. She kept took that single picture back with her, locking the room.
"Rudra ruk!" Om said chasing Rudra into the hall.
"Rudra...! Shivaay called out as he approached him from the other end.
Finally the duo closed on their brother, and pushed him over the couch and got over him from both sides.
"O...Bhaiya..time please...!"
"Time please ke baacche!" Shivaay held his collar giggling.
Omkara-"Now tell, kya hai phone mein hummare baare mein jo tu sabko dikhaane ki dhamki de raha hain haan?"
Shivaay snatched the phone and scrolled through it, while Om held Rudra's hands.
Rudra started doing drama-"Kaise bhai ho, koi hai bacchao mujhe, ye dono kya kare rahe hai, main kisi ko...
Both glared at him and hit on his head simultaneously.
"Om..Bhaiya..! This is not done...Bhaiya...Main Bhabhi ko baatunga, phir saamna karna aap Jhansi Ki raani Se!"
Shivaay rolled his eyes and glared, enough to shut Rudra up.
"O...aap...aap...dehkna...main aapki secret sabko bataunga..!"
Om amused-"Really Rudra! Kaunsi Secret?"
Rudra-"O..zyada ban ne ki jarurat nahi hain maine sab dekh liya..wo..!"
Omkara baffled-"Kya...wo... Rudra?"
Rudra-"Main jaanta hoon, aap kisi ladki ke ghar jaana chaathe thee.. Detective Ruddy ki nazron se kuch nahi chup thaa.!
Shivaay now gaped at the duo waiting for an explanation.
Omkara hits Rudra's head-"Wo..that's an art and culture exchange...a new concept by the Art and Literature Club...uss mein participants get to go to the house of some of their favourite cherished writers cum artists to live with them for a month! And only the lucky ones get an opportunity!"
Shivaay-"And you have applied?"
Omkara nods.
Shivaay-"But , tu hi itna acha artist hai...writer..poet..shaayar hai...so why ..!"
Omkara-"Shivaay, har artist bhi ek doosre artist ka fan ho sakta hai...besides maine sirf apply kiya hai...pata nahi..
He was cut off by Shivaay-"tell me...Main ..
Omkara-"No, Shivaay...you won't manipulate anything here, Agar kismat mujhe leke gayi its fine..!"
Shivaay knew there was no point arguing.
Rudra-"Aur Om kIsi lady artist ke saath..."
Omkara punched him slighty -"Idiot..that lady is.. Saahibaana Singh! The Saahibaana Singh! A lady in her mid-forties, she is a mysterious woman, I mean her works are just beyond describable and she draws her inspiration from the place where she lives, her estate in the outskirts of the cities, and that is why I participated, just to know her a little better as an artist.!" He said lost in his thoughts.
The moment Omkara looked back he saw Rudra and Shivaay listening to him as though kids in a boring history lecture. "It's done!"
Shivaay-"Yeah, that's nice..! By the way where were we?"
Omkara smiling-"Phone!"
Shivaay quickly found a pic in the phone and blinked at it weirdly, and passed the phone to Om, to have a look.
Omkara looked at it weirdly and then at Shivaay, twice in loop.
"rudra!" they exclaimed in unison.
Shivaay-"How dare you...yaa..how could you morph Om's pic like that..
Omkara confused-"Shivaay, pic teri hai..
Shivaay-"See properly ,..its you..
Rudra laughed-"There are 2 pictures...its both of you!"
Omkara -"Shivaay, bata iss ke saath kya kia jaaye...
Shivaay-"Delete kiya jaaye of course.!" He took the phone and deleted the pics, while Omkara stared at him in bewilderment.
Shivaay-"What?"
Om-"Main Rudra ki baat kar raha thaa..!"
Shivaay-"O...Rudra...! And then he gave and evil smile and nodded at Om who reflected the same evil smile. Both started tickling him. Tickles for one were Rudra's weakness.!!
He screamed and shouted, listening to which Jaanvi came out of her room and stared at the scene below in the living room, and smiled. The three looked so happy together. Especially Omkara.! Ever since a year back Kaali and Shwetlana had left their lives things had become back to the Normal Happy Life!
Omkara was no longer the stone but the artistic soul who loved everyone and smiled every now and then laughed his heart out. She saw them hug and for a minute somewhere something crossed Omkara's face...She knew it was about "ChulBul" !!
Gauri had left too!
But Omkara had made peace with his past before his past left. Jaanvi stared at the photo which was still in her hands, she knew that Omkara, somewhere still missed her and so did she. He would never say it. The picture was the one clicked at the Jagraata!
She missed her, in a short time but Gauri had captured her heart. She was indeed an angel in disguise who had brought back the happiness in their lives. But the sad part was she was no longer a part of their lives. Jaanvi still believed that Omkara could never get a better person than Gauri. But she had now left all on fate.
If they were meant to be, they would eventually.!
Kuch toh hai tujhse raabta
Kyun hai yeh kaise hai yeh tu bata

Hope it was worth the read.
In this story I'm going to change Gauri's character a little bit, since its after 1 year, from the current timeline!
I had to write it out, cause By the time my exams would end, I would have so forgotten the idea !
So I thought I might as well post it.!
Will resume in June.!
