Do the pointers neutralize the thrill effect ...??

When JW says the story is not heading for 'The Cinderella way', we know it is not going to be a happy end for ArYa!

When she says 'love' will win in the end, she is not confusing us but only reminding us to read the plot carefully once again!
When Plot talks about 'selfless love' & obsessive love, do we have a reason to disagree with her?
When KT says 'Hero will not turn Villain", do we have a doubt as who will emerge as winner?
If Saanjh continues to profess her 'commitment' to Sharmas with or without Arjun's support, don't we understand whom the vast majority of TRP Aunties will support?
And with the support of Sharmas & Maturs, who will have a happy end to please TRP aunties?
TRPs still don't matter here, but prudence will have it, as always- a larger sentiment is unlikely to be disrespected or discarded!

If Samay is a 'psycho' & an accomplice to Maya in her crimes, is it difficult to guess whose hands are stained with blood?
If JW insists " It is 'injustice to Maya', to dub her with a negative mind set", does she keep a small window open for Maya's salvation with her 'True Friend'?

And if we are having all these hints so early in the life a show, what kind of thrill does the story have still?

You've picked up the points extremely well, but we can't be too sure these are all hints to reveal the future plot or to simply misguide the viewers. You can't say much from these clues, except little assumptions we may have.

After last week's episodes, I think it's best to not take any of the actors' words too seriously. They say something and something else happens on the show. Most probably, they are just trying to confuse the audience.

If you have noticed it carefully there are only 4 hints given by actors! Rest of them are either facts (eg: the plot talking about 2 shades of love, etc) or mere common sense, (eg: the TRP aunties behaviour or Sharmas & Mathur rooting for Saanjun etc). They are not hints, any way, so they are not meant to mislead anyone, intentionally or otherwise!

Now coming to hints, 3 out of 4 hints came from JW & only one from KT!

KT's comment on TW is straight forward! He replied to a fan saying, "Hero would remain hero till the end"! So I do not see anything amiss, here!

Now, coming to JW's hints, She made her 'injustice' comment as early as Dec 22, 2016 in an IV to eastern eye!! The same thing got repeated or re-quoted in verbatim on a recent cover story published on Apr 21, 2017!
Is she downplaying her character or it is simple ploy to confuse the viewers, I don't know?!
But,she must have thought it out well, before repeating it for second time, I guess!

Her' Cinderella' comment was voluntary & not an answer to any question put before her! More than he reference to the little young girl of fairy tale, she was asking us,"you reckon? re-think again!" in her IG post dated Apr 20& this part was really more interesting!
Was she deliberately misleading us or merely clarifying certain expectations of some fans who might have felt agitated because of 'hate' story being told in season 2?!! It is debatable!

Finally, the comment on 'love would win' is open to interpret as per individual understanding! This was an answer to a certain question, asked in IV!
When she said that, I merely assumed that she knows the plot of story & the very first promo came with a certain tag line for the show! I do not expect her to contradict the message of Hadh se Zyada. . . tagline! So, how can both be right? There must be some different meaning & that is available in Plot description of story!

So, I picked up these random clues & assembled them here to get some perspective!
Let us wait & see -what happens, really!
