What Maya did is disturbing but to the extent I have seen, she has been getting beatings whether she is good or bad. In her pre marital days it was Ashwin who has been torturing her and she broke his leg. After marriage, it was Vandana who took that place when Maya wanted to change for better.

Before doing Ganesh visarjan she had told him that she was nice but lost her child for which He didn't do anything. I guess from that time onwards her conscience stopped pricking her.

The conscience can even stop pricking a normal person if he/she do not listen to it.

Beyhadh: Maya had done a deed with Samay as Samay had been knowing Maya since long to take Maya's side in the false Maya rape case.Samay now leaces some clues and Saanjh gets quick enough to catch them and these clues tell Saanjh that even Samay is involved with Maya.

Maya has murdered so many of them other than Aswhin...those can be accounted as physical hurting...there was one episode where she bruised her mom's hand with glass pieces...so i don't think its just a dream
