We all are going to go crazy with this slow burn. I love it.
NaiRan love story is going to be a while. No falling in love until Karan's issues have been solved and he has enough confidence. The way he is now he doesn't think anyone can love him.

lol I want both to fall together and Karan to realize first...I want to see him do all crazy stuff for Naina..😆

Hey, I'm very new to this show as in just a day old but watched few scenes and especially after yesterday' confrontation, it won't take long for Karan to fall for Naina, he trusts her totally and has opened up to her about all his insecurities since childhood, this level of compatibility is the starting stage of a love-story... he'll helplessly fall in love but as we all do know he'll try his est then to keep her away. As for Naina, she's already fully involved in this relationship, as she won't back off there's only going forward straight-ahead, it might take a bit time for her as she's totally focusing only in curing him

although i enjoy seeing their bond grow, it is taking a little too long right now, their scenes are cute and romantic-ish, but i want them to be lost in their feelings, they are still too self-conscious...and to be honest, i would not like them to see falling really in love after Karan has no medical issues, is more confident and has a normal job. it would feel as if someone has to be a perfect well-rounded person to be loved and to fall in love...thats just not true...of course for naina and Karan to have a completed relationship he has to at least get rid of his medical issue, but other than that nothing should hold them back...and like i mentioned in the past, Naina should fall first, Karan simply deserves that feeling of someone being totally hung up on him...just once he shouldn't yearn for someones affection...he on the other hand can take as long as he wants to feel worthy of her 😆

@Shya, that is an awesome point. Karan should feel loved. That would be such an amazing milestone for him.
