Who exactly knows about his skin allergy?

This question struck me after NK was dead sure that he'll leave the competition and Kunal answered something blabbering to Meghna after she posed the question about his problem. So, who according to you knows his disease in the EXACT MANNER that it is?

For me it's Naina, Nirmala & Sandhya only.

I'm going with Sandhya, Naina the most and Nirmala. Nirmala just knows what Sandhya has presented. But she is so suppressed herself that she really couldn't help Karan.

True that, Nirmala knows what she's presented but I feel that's the way for the entire Chauhan house. No one actually went at the depth of it, except Naina and Karan knows it that she's gonna heal him inside out <3
