Why Chulbul doesn't wears a uniform?

All the servants in Oberoi mansion have a uniform, then why is only Chulbul allowed to wear casuals?? Is there any reason given for it in the show?? I think the servants in OM have a very good dress code, and Gauri would have looked really cute in that maid uniform. Though I know that Chulbul may would have looked weird in that male servant uniform. But she already looks weird in that Chulbul getup, so it doesn't really matters.

Cuz that woudl reveal her feminine side (as if it isn't obvious enough now) if she doesn't wear hoodie or bushaat (whatever she calls it in her awful diction)!

Well its not easy to speak different language with difference accent so i believe she tried her best and that is commendable 👏

Let me clear. I am from UP Bihar side only and many of my relatives have a similar accent so I don't identify it as a flaw. I couldn't get what she meant by bushaat and many other words and thus called her diction awful... It's hard to understand, for me at least. Maybe it would improve.

It's just my POV.
