As per my thoughts...based on today's episode

(1) Kamini is present in show...n Pinky s insecurities...Ons thought on NKK...

I think now it's time to revealation of illegitimate son of Oberoy...As per Daimas statement...n the illegitimate son is Shivay.. ..n here SSO s break down as he strongly consider NKK...n now he has no NKK...and only because of NKK he is not ready to go further in relation ship with Anika...his lady love...

After knowing that he is illegitimate son of Oberoy..he will leave Oberoy mentione after being taunted by Tej or someone else. ..n only Anika n Sahil will accompany him...they will shift to Anikas house. .n this will prove that Anika n Sahil is his family...

Pinky may not aware about Shivay is not his son...maybe shakti has lied to save her life maybe something like her child died during delivery n at the same time kamini will deliver twins...n one child go to shakti..

So I think vanvaas track is coming up...
