Indeed đ Samay is always on righteous side. I had hint earlier that this guy is a player who on time can play his move very cleverly. He did not said anything more or less in court and without hesitating. We see that he is waking on his own principle to only see the truth thats why he has been with both girls directly and indirectly.
Saanjh : No matter if he loves her or not as she too considers him as her person who can guide her the right way. Initially she was too annoying and irritating specially during the courtroom drama but in the post marriage she was on the truth side.
Maya : The girl for whom he tolerated beating and waited for 8 years is not with her directly. Why? because she is married? She hates him? Well the answer is he wants everybody to fight their own battles thats why he did not testify in favor or against anybody. He only said what he thought, what he saw, what he heard.
We often believe our own perception on what we see, hear and think rationally. This is what Samay said in this testify which we know was right. Now even the court case is reopened, the guy will still not help anybody directly.
PS : I feel bad for those people who were so sure that Samay would directly testify in favor of Maya and make her win. But we all know that whatever he said were the only things he saw on the spot.
