Alarming umbrellas

The sight of too many umbrellas floating near Shauriya when he walked towards Mehak's house is making me think.

Also umbrellas are usually used as a symbol of protection... i work in the media field and we usually use an umbrella to symbolise protection cover.

The scene of Mehek hitting him with umbrella could be also interpreted as she was unknowingly trying to protect her Moms Recipe book.

DD, I swear I saw the umbrellas. They were the ones you might see in temples, similar to the one they showed during the marriage ceremony, when SK got into his horse drawn carriage.

Could it mean SK will protect their love this time?

Your interpretation of Mehak's action makes sense as things have turned out now.She did get her Mom her due in the end. ZKM makes sense in retrospect.

If its the opening scene of the episode, then those are colorful lamps on the street

In the opening scene as he walks towards Mehak's house in the storm and other people are running in the opposite directions.
