Why couldn't they think earlier?

I mean Its not even been 6 months they know each other well and Naina already figured a way for Karan to touch everyone but in the past 20 years how come no one thought of it?

Because dear they all were wrapped up in their own misery to give a thaught to him I guess and they were too trusting of sandy and maybe even bit glad to not to deal with his problems put away forgotten 🤢

It's because of Sandhya. She knew but she is suppressing Karan. Of course, she is not going to give him gloves to touch anyone. I'm pretty sure she has blown everything out of proportion and mentally abused Karan.
