This is Unjustified completely

This is a rant so pls deal with it

Are the makers aware of the sensitivity of the issues like Assault, Sexual Assault,Attempt to Rape,Rape?This is indeed sensitive as subject and should be handled maturely.The courtroom drama is making a mockery actually.

How on earth can a lady lawyer or any lawyer ask a victim why she couldn't stop someone assaulting her and it's her fault?How?It's disgustingly cheap and low and how can a judge let someone utter this rubbish in the court?It was the most disgusting dialogue ever and it pained me to be frank.Does the makers have any idea what emotional, physical or mental trauma a victim goes through?We our country is fighting against rape and sexual assault currently.

Forget Maya is right or wrong or has faked or not,How dare Ayan Rip off her clothes and tried to take the keys from her blouse?How dare he?Isn't is disgusting itself?Is Saanjh justifying his act?Sorry no directory or dictionary can justify it.

Are there any options for a sole eye witness whether he should be present or not in the court?How much his testimony matters is something a key decision factor.Why didn't the police themselves told the court about Samay being present there?

I don't know whether Saanjh is right or wrong and i honestly don't know whether Maya is right or wrong but i felt really terribly bad the way they are making mockery of such a sensitive issue like Sexual assault or a rape.As a woman i strongly condemn it

Perhaps. But it is an absolute shame if even a single innocent person gets humiliated and jailed for life. As such, the process is necessary.

Ayaan deserves to be punished.. He did tear off her clothes .. It was very much shown to us.. 😡 And its not that after her sleeves torn out he stopped or was shocked of what he has done... If all what Ayaan did on that day is not Attempt to Rape, then I don't know what it was !! 😡... They will have to turn the whole story upside down to prove Ayaan as an innocent victim... Do they have that excel to do it ?? I doubt.😆Even if they ( the makers ) prove that Maya framed him, how will they reverse what Mr. Ayaan has already done on that day ?? 🤔 If they wanted to confuse the audience with Ayaan being the culprit or the innocent, then there were other ways to show it.. They should have shut the scene off while he was chasing Maya and should have later on revealed the actual scenario...

It will take some hell of a good writing to prove Ayaan as "innocent victim" in my eyes, as the audience, even if the court acquits him, after all the chasing, abusing, neck biting and tearing clothes that he has done.. 😲

If Maya staged the crime or was planing to fake it, she too can be sent to jail.. But according to whatever has been shown till date, its difficult to believe that Ayaan is absolutely innocent.. My sympathies will never go to him.. I will be disappointed if he is left scot-free.. 👎🏼 Lets see how it proceeds...
