Samay will not help maya

Guys I may be wrong in my interpretation but I guess samay will not want maya to win the case. If maya wins the case what will samay gain out of it??? Infact it's a loss for him as arya love will blossom, they might even sort out their misunderstandings. But If maya loses, arjun will leave her, he might file a divorce case against her and then samay can happily enter maya's life, even she would desperately need someone at that point, to console her and to take revenge.

if he won't support her it will be his lose because maya will know he came in saved her but where is he now? why didnt he come in,. so i think he will come in last moment and save maya

Then what was point of him saving Maya and witnessing all of it.. If he doesn't come in court and if that's why Maya loses why will Maya let him come to her life again. She I'll never forgive him.

Arjun seems to think Maya is innocent, regardless of what the outcome of the case is.. In that scenario, I don't see him have any reason to leave Maya even if he wants to based on how and why he hated her before all this happened.. Samay helping Maya in the case may help him win Maya's confidence which he had lost for some reason.. so he gains.. he can keep pretending in front of Saanjh saying that he had no choice since he was summoned by the court at the behest of the prosecution lawyer. Still not sure what Samay's ulterior motives are..

I don't think its that simple. Samay is on shaky ground right now. If he helps Maya, he can earn himself a spot in Maya's good books but, then he will have to suffer seeing her with Arjun. But, if he doesn't help her, then Arjun and Maya will be at odds with each other again, which is what Samay wants, yet at the same time he is letting go of a good opportunity to earn Maya's trust. So, if Samay is an evil genius like Maya, then he will find a way to get what he wants without losing Maya's favor. I am excited to see if and what he will do. If he does nothing, then I will be disappointed with the CVs.
