PRECAP / PREVIOUS EPISODE - Tuesday:

Maya filed a case against Ayaan that he was going to rape her. Saanjh is the lawyer of Ayaan and Arjun takes the side of his wife's.

Episode:

The Episode is starting with everyone in the court. Saanjh asks "If Maya could handle every situation, then how could someone go to her house and try to rape her whereas there are many securities. It can be possible that she is lying." Arjun gets angry and says "Dusky." Saanjh points her finger and says "Saanjh Mathur! I am Saanjh Mathur!". Saanjh asks Arjun to sit. he goes and sits on his seat. Saanjh asks for the next witness to come. "miss Simran gupta." Saanjh asks Simran "Why do you want to marry a rapist?" Simran says "Ayaan is not a rapist. Everything is a lie." Saanjh says "This is truth... this is Maya's truth!". Simran says "Whatever people may say, I know him very well. He won't do this. This is a lie.. Maya is a lyer." Saanjh is asking to Simran's parents. Simran's mom says "Ayaan is a very nice / sweet boy." Her dad says "Ayaan would never do something like this.. this case is a lie." Saanjh ask Simran to leave and says that everybody in his family says that he is a nice guy and would never do somethng like that. "He is a nice son, a nice fiance, a nice friend and a nice brother." saanjh asks for Arjun to come to the witness box. Saanjh asks Arjun "I have heard that you have beaten your wife." Maya stands up and shouts "It's a lie. and whatever happenes in between a husband and wife, you shouldn't care about it." Saanjh asks her to sit down and says "This is a court.. not your office. Only I have the rights to shout and not you. The court needs all the informations about your relationship not me. Please watch out how you act here.. not only your house has cct cameras... this court has it aswell." Maya sits down. Saanjh asks Arjun "Do you beat your wife?" Arjun says "no. this is a lie and we have even spoken about it in the conference" Saanjh says "Oh.. this conference where your wife said she was pregnant.. What happened Arjun Sharma? Aren't you happy about this?. Or this happiness is a lie aswell? Is your wife pregnant or not?" Saanjh gives a letter to the jugde and says "This is a report where it's clearly written that Maya is not pregnant. Or wasn't. How can any woman fake the pregnancy? This means that press conference was a lie. you were a lie and Maya was a lie. Nothing went well in your relationship and that's why you were beating your wife." Maya "Stop it.! Arjun never beat me. He loves me. Arjun doesn't say a lie. I thought I was pregnant.." Saanjh asks her to sit down and says "Maya loves Arjun says.. but Arjun loves Maya soo much that he wanted to escape from her for 10 days...because he wanted to escape from her for like 3 years but couldn't.. she asks him "Aren't you in control of her for 24/4?" Arjun refuses but Saanjh says "Was it a lie what you have told to Ayaan? Your brother? Tell me. Why don't you say something?" Arjun shouts and says "Yes, that's truth." Saanjh asks him "Where were you when this rape happened?". Arjun keeps quiet. Saanjh says "You love her, why didn't you come to her rescue? You were at home right?" He says "I was sleeping." Saanjh says "You were sleeping.. when she was screaming and shouting.. your wife was raped and you were sleeping? You had soo deep sleep Mr. Sharma? Or did someone make you intentionally sleep?" Arjun says "Ayaan and I were drinking and I fainted.." Saanjh says "so,.. you say that you fainted.. that's why you couldn't hear and see whatever happened.. so, how can you be so sure that Ayaan raped Maya? Your truth is that what Maya tells you." Arjun says "Maya says the truth. I have heard it while I was sleeping. He was saying that dead is easy for her and he could forget that she is my wife." Saanjh says "So.. you have heard all that and your wife was going to get raped.. why didn't you help her?". Arjun couldn't say anything but Saanjh says "What if your wife locked you in the room and tied your hands?" Arjun says "No.. nothing like that. I wasn't tied up. I was drunk." Saanjh says "I will explain you what happened. Arjun was with his family which he saw after 3 years. But Maya couldn't bear it and made drama and cancelled her flight. After that Maya's game started. Maya came to Arjun's house. Arjun went with Maya.. Ayaan couldn't see his brother like that and so followed them to her house. Ayaan's fault was to enter the house. He saw the his brother was locked in a room and tied up. Whatever Arjun heard was that Ayaan was trying to save his brother from Maya. Maya took the keys of the room and put it on her blouse. To save his brother.. Ayaan tried to get the keys. Maya created all the scene and made it looked like Ayaan raped her. Maya made herself fall down and kicked soo hard on Ayaan's leg that he fell on top of her. Whatever people saw is that Ayaan was about to rape her. Ayaan was trying to get up but in vain." Everyone gets shocked.

NEXT EPISODE / PRECAP / Thursday:

Maya is in the witness box and says "I will show you how bad I am." She opens her blouse and everyone gets shocked.
