Thanks for this tip. I wrote to them, and received the same reply. Good, at least they are aware people are noticing their attitude towards PMHMD

They are taking the feedbacks and many of us got the replies and it doesn't seem to be automated messages as they replied based on what we had written to them..And, replies are not from the same person..I got a reply from some Mathur..
