There's always been regional influence. And honestly that's ok.
People are entitled to vote for reasons they choose. Not all people vote for talent - simply because they aren't qualified enough to judge talent.
The moment judges aren't the ones who decide the winner is usually not the most talented (actually even with judges you can't be sure, but still it's better). Let's face it haven't we voted for our favourites even when his/her performance was bad?
Honestly in a singing show everything matters - accent/diction included. But like I said the audience judges based on other things not just the way a person sang.
What's worked for Revanth is not just his singing, but his looks, style and charisma. For Khudabaksh it's his singing (I don't like it, but people do), innocence and sob stories. While what's worked for rohit is mostly his singing and the fact that he overcame his stammering.
I have a problem with KB bringing up his sob stories, but that's bringing him votes and trps for the channel. And today we clearly saw his fan following in indore was the biggest.
All three have awaaz - I may not like someone's awaaz, but clearly they are all good (or for some atleast above average).
Riyaaz - definitely all three practice. There's no way they'd reach this far without riyaaz.
Andaaz - clearly Revanth is the only one with andaaz. The other two lack andaaz.
So Revanth should win.
But do you think the audience dissects and judges each parameter before voting? Definitely not.
I won't be surprised if someone else wins.
It seems to be a battle between Revanth and Khudabaksh.
While I want Revanth to win, what's more important is that his career takes of, with or without winning.
