While Salman Khan is busy chilling with his family in Maldives, we have got hold of some interesting information that is sure to make your day. While speculations were rife since quite sometime now, we finally have confirmed news that Salman is going to play the villain in the next installment of the Dhoom franchise - Dhoom 4. Want to know how we are so sure? Well, Salman was spotted poring over the script of the movie.

For those of you who don't know, the movie has been in the making since a few years now. And while many names had been linked to the movie, no one had been locked till now. One such name was Salman and Yash Raj Films, the producers of the movie, had been wooing the superstar since a few months now. And looks like he has finally agreed! And the best part is that he will be joined by Katrina Kaif for the fourth installment of the hit franchise!

Yes, Katrina has also signed up for the film and she will be seen romancing the actor. All these decisions were taken while Salman and Katrina were shooting for Tiger Zinda Hai in Austria. TZH is also a Yash Raj Film production and when the team saw their sizzling chemistry, they knew that they had got their dream cast for Dhoom 4. Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra will be retained for the project with a few more additions to the cast. But this time around, Dhoom 4 will be bigger and better. In fact, you will not believe what the makers have planned for the big twist.

As much as I want Salman in Dhoom 4 coz only can deliver bigger than Aamir when it comes to such films

Ohh god I don't want Salman to work with Vijay. Dhoom 3 was the worst from DHOOM franchise. I hope Salman doesnt do this film or they change the director.

I hope not. Salman is laughable as a villain.

Why cant they have a female villain? Do something different for once.

A female villain would actually be such a great idea! Most of the good actresses wont take flower pot roles, so itd be nice to see then be in the Dhoom franchise with a real role beyond just looking pretty and dancing!

Dhoom series is getting repetitive. Har film mein chor-police, chor-police khelte hue hi dikhate hain. Audience has became smart now, they will not take any crap served to them in the name of entertainment. Dhoom 3 if released today, would have underperformed. They need to do some changes in the script.

btw, if Salman acts in Dhoom series, then it'll be like Kick 2 where Salman will steal to help the poor and needy, to portray himself as a man with a golden heart and promote Being Human, which he's doing since Jai Ho.

Don't assume ...the best way to break the dhoom sequel monotony is by taking Sallu as a villain...you can even call it Sallu's biopic

Some twist we might see are

It will be called PK Dhoom instead of Dhoom 4
Movie will be produced by Seagrams or Bagpiper
Directed by Vijay Mallya
Bikes will be replaced by SUV
All the Speeding will be on footpath instead of road
The SUV driver seat will be equipped with Ichhadhari Apps...where the driver is able to swap personality at will
Part of the movie will be sponsored by National Geographic...where they will show Chinkaras/ Black bucks having suicidal tendencies...and shooting themselves with a gun at the sight of the villain
The last segment will show the transformation of the villain ...from devil to being human...chill , it not change of heart or attitude ...just a change of attire ...the villain will sport a Being Human Tshirt
