Bollywood runs on formulas and superstars. We love to have a tempelate to run movies on so that one can ensure gains. That has helped the industry earn dollops of money. And one of those formulas is to repeat a hit jodi as it has already received audience's love and appreciation. So we would be really happy to see Aamir Khan do another film with Katrina Kaif or Anushka Sharma for that matter but it seems the actor isn't interested.
According to rumours, Aamir doesn't believe in repeating his heroines in his films. If you notice, in last few years, Aamir Khan has only paired up with actresses he hadn't worked before. So you have Katrina Kaif in Dhoom 3, Anushka in P.K. and Sakshi Tanwar in Dangal. Clearly, it has been a norm for him to not repeat any of his actresses in his films. In fact, we also hear that Anushka wanted to be part of Thugs of Hindostan as well but Aamir doesn't want to work with her again. It will be wrong to think that he has issues with any of the actresses. Well, everyone has quirks and guess this is one of Aamir Khan's. Presently, Aamir is busy with Thugs Of Hindostan. Aamir had earlier said during Dangal promotions, "In Thugs, my look is not like a wrestler's physique - big and broad shoulders and back. I want a leaner look". He had also mentioned that the shoot for the film will begin in June. However, the film is yet to get a female lead and names like Vaani Kapoor and Alia Bhatt were doing the rounds.
