OK guys new here...get ready for a wild theory ...Maybe because Kunal is her son who she exchanged with NK's son who might be dead or alive . Karan is NKs and his wives son...she wants her son Kunal to have everything while Karan suffers with lack of confidence and never ventures out of his room to threaten her sons chances

ditto dear I'm with your wild theory too😉her obsession with kunal succes and her possessiveness toward him is not normal at all you don't feel like that to strangers only blood relation 😆 and her trying to destroy Karan's life and as per precap khyti's life by trying to register her in a college with bad reputation( shows she is targeting khyti too) means these two are only two siblings she wants to destroy 😆 means Karan and khyti are definitely Nk and nirmala children 😆so I agree kunal might be her son in reality😆 well future will tell if our wild theories are true😉
