Anybody remember this dialogue?
Was watching episode 40-41 once again, to see what happened after the mobile breaking episode. And came across the scene where Ishwari tries to convince Sona to accept the new phone Dev gave her. It is during this conversation that Ishwari says this dialogue to Sona. And she continues explaining to Sona how understanding Dev is difficult, same like it is difficult to complete the puzzle without all pieces. I am not sure whether Sona could comprehend all what Ishwari says about Dev with the same gravity as Ishwari expresses it. Because at that time she was totally into the mode of not forgiving Dev. Going through these episodes I feel like the current scenes are somewhat in parallel to these scenes. How many of you agree to it?

On the surface level we feel that Dev is complex. But he is the simplest soul who was a novice in relationships. He thinks straight..family should be happy and mother should be revered. He couldn't understand that the intricacies in relationships are unlike of those in a board room war. He does everything like he knew. Business deals...Until love was introduced, which was a new unknown territory for him and failed miserably as he realised thw greys in people. He came to know this too late but now a role of father awakens the real responsibility in him which was dormant during his husband phase

@havima, @dhank...mein hamaari baath nahi kar raha tha...mein Sona ke baare mein baath kar raha tha...Aap logon ko lagtha he abhi tak Sona Dev ko poori tarah se samach paaya?...muje nahin lagtha...and so, I am waiting to see how she is going to react when she comes to know about the misunderstandings she has on Dev, regarding the pre-nup, house eviction matter etc.

Samzz...Thank you for such a detailed reply.

As I replied above, Dev is still a puzzle to Sona and she hasn't yet understood who the real Dev is. And I am waiting for that day when Sona gets all the pieces to complete the real picture of Dev and how she is going to react on that day...😊

The only thing I feel about Dev is that he cannot ask "what he wants" or "go against his mom" . Otherwise, DEV is always the right man.
