Why is Mishal losing so much weight? I'm really concerned about his health at this point. 😳 Even for a celebrity, his weight loss has been quite drastic. For someone who works out as extensively as he does, he shouldn't look this frail. MR, please increase your caloric intake if you wish to continue with capoeira. 😭

Ryan Gosling has also slimmed down, but he doesn't look fragile. It seems to me as if Mishal's stress from being a producer and an entrepreneur is an added constituent in the amplification of his weight loss.

Even from this photo shoot a few months ago, he had visibly become leaner following IKRS yet still appeared healthy. 😔

Dazz, I agree about his weight loss...He definitely needs to up his calorie intake..

And gosh, what's that on his right wrist...don't tell me he has Carpol Tunnel..😕

Anyway, that's a lovely picture ...they seem to be his best stress busters..😛

Listen Mishal, you seem to have lost lots of weight. Dear, take care of your health and listen to Dazz and Mish, please up your calorie intake..

Thanks for sharing his insta post. He needs to put on some weight. Not sure what he is trying to achieve by being lean. You are right, he has lots on his plate.In his interview he did agree that now he understands what producers must be going thru. It is not an easy task...

Also, something wrong with his right hand. Now can connect the dots, few weeks back he posted video of him singing with friends and that had wound dressing on his right hand. Seems that something is going on. As Mish mentioned it could be carpal tunnel.

I haven't see Ryan's work, but he seems to be talented actor based on the looks...TFS his picture!

All the more reason for him to get married, Mish! 😆 Wifey dearest will feed him his favourites by her loving hand. 😉 Good cook is a newly learned requirement on that checklist. 🤣

That is carpal tunnel syndrome. 😔 Our handsome hero is exerting way too much pressure on himself and we can see the effects. He quite evidently has a fondness for fur babies. 😊 He seems so happy! ❤️

I think his wrist was fractured in that video with his friends. This would explain the wrist brace we've seen him wearing in pictures and to the live chat. A wrist fracture can narrow the tunnel and irritate the nerve that passes through resulting in carpal tunnel syndrome. Thank you, Ami! 😳 I had completely forgotten about that video. 😵 All this time I was thinking he was excessively using his laptop. It'll take some time, but he should be fine once he's fully healed. 😊

Mishal loves their pets and that I look on and enjoy the company of his sister, I'm glad to see that there is such a very great bond between brothers and sisters. As for his hands for some time now carries this fixture. I think it's the joints. maybe he hit his fist on the table so he broke his arm. hihihihi and maybe he hit someone ... kidding, it was when he went to that church, if you remember.

She could be a friend. On that pic, , her name says Nisha Gupta.

About that hand, hope it heals soon..if it was during that church visit, then that's quite

sometime back.

I really thought it was his sister percent has that broad smile. And the picture is so small that I misspoke. it does not matter, and we see that in society and these girls. His sister also has two pet and the street together. Probably that's why I thought he sesttra. Thanks to Sudhi explanation.
