While RS Undergoes a Surgery, DP Chooses 2 Spend time w/ Her Frnds

We were among the first ones to tell you that Ranveer Singh has undergone a minor surgery. Apparently the actor is on bed rest now and since Deepika is back in town we thought that the first thing she would do after coming back would be visiting Mr Singh. But instead, Deepika was seen chilling with her friends today evening. Now that she is back in Mumbai she is making sure she catches up with her buddies before she gets busy again. We snapped her in Bandra heading out of a restaurant with her girl gang and from what it looks like in these pictures, her friends weren't really prepared to be papped! But I guess Deepika wanted her friends to enjoy all the attention they were getting from the paps, just like she does. So when one of her friends was trying to hide her face from the cameramen, DP forced her and got her in front of the cameramen. The paprazzi couldn't help but click Ms Pdukone messing around with her girls. Now this is damn hilarious! The actress was spotted in the city after a really long time. Deepika wore a casual white top and blue denims for the dinner date with her girls. She was more than happy to get clicked.. Look how happy she looks! Check out the pictures right here.

Can you believe it that it's almost been three months since we last saw her in Mumbai? First she was busy promoting her Hollywood debut film xXx: the Return of Xander Cage in different countries, and once she got some time off, Deepika went to Bangalore to spend some time with her family. Just yesterday we snapped her at the airport coming back from Bangalore. Now that she is back, she is making sure she catches up with friends before she starts shooting for her next film Padmavati. We are hoping to get to see more of her now that she has returned to the city.

Talking about her next film Padmavati, the actress hasn't reacted to the unfortunate incident that happened on the sets of her film recently. Neither her co- stars Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor have said anything about it so far. the film is being helmed by ace filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali and this is DP's third film with him after Goliyon Ki Ras Leela: Ram Leela and Bajirao Mastani. Both the films got Deepika a lot of praise and appreciation for her hardwork and with Padmavati too, expectations are pretty high from the actress.
