Today's episode was yet another a next milestone in life of DevAkshi.

Soha's reminder to Dev of respecting her mother and her dilemma of choosing the either of two.

As previously said, I am 100% sure that Soha will force Dev to look at their past from mistakes, from which they have been running since long, yet holding on to each other's sweet and bitter memories.

Soha reminds Dev that he needs to give respect to Sona, as his wife as well as Suha's mother. And not only verbally, but it should be visible in his actions too.

And one of the major parallel drawn is, Choosing between two equally important people.

Pre-leap Ishwari made the circumstances around Dev that made him stand in the position of choosing either Ishwari or Sonakshi. He was brought into a situation where no person should ever come, a mother cannot be replaced by wife and same is true for the opposite. For a man, if mother is his support, the his wife is his motivation. You cannot succeed in life only with support, you need motivation too.

Today, Suhana brought up the same situation, where she is standing to choose either her Mother or Dad. For a child, mother's and father's love is equally important. If mother goes strict for a thing, then father goes soft towards child and vice versa. All three of them balance each other. And just like in the previous case, on cannot choose between the two.

And honestly, in no two relationships one can choose or compare the two. Each relationship holds equal importance and place in one's life.

And the unfolding of these situations will make Dev-Sonakshi pnder over their part of mistakes.

If Ishwari was wrong in forcing Dev to choose either her or Sona, then Dev was wrong too in not making Ishwari understand the value of Sona in Dev's own life. Things cannot clear out until you talk to each other. And I hope, Dev on realizing this will talk to Ishwari.

Misunderstandings if not cleared between two people then it surely leads to the death of relationship.

Jatin's role

The way Golu is a pack of happiness for Dev, the same way Jatin is a pack of happiness for Soha, and the shoulder of support for Sona. He is really a great person and I don't know but I kind of think that at some point of this story Jatin-Soha-Asha-Saurabh will provoke Dev-Sona to realize the pit that they themselves made.

The jealousy Dev felt towards Jatin is in fact pity towards himself that due to his and Sona's relationship, today Dev even after being the father is not able to share that equation with his child. Sona, knows that Jatin is a part of Soha's life, so she won't let Dev misunderstand Jatin's role in Soha's life. And she herself is on the same path with Dev, as being her mother, Soha isn't talking to her too.

And yesterday's dialogue of Asha "Tumhare beech ab Soha hai" is somewhat of telling them to start a new chapter. She isn't making Sona weak by mkaing her fall for the Dev she left, but rather helping Sona to realize that, they ended their relationship on the words "Ab hamare beech kuch nahi hai" and now, after 7 years they are back standing in front of each other with Suhana in between them who is a part of both of them as they say "Tum per gayi hai."

So yes, concluding my post that the purpose of leap is to make Ishwari realize through Soha that Sona is as important for Dev as much she is, and now Soha too(well Ish has no problem with Soha at all) and that by Sona's presence in Dev's life, Ishwari won't get negleced if she acts sensible. But yes, if she goes on behaving like this, she might get neglected totally.

And to make Dev realize, that you need to stand up for the respect of your loved ones.

And in many homes, that is the actually the reality that after the birth of child and perhaps after few more years, things starts to get change and Dev-Ishwari like true people realize what they are supposed to.
