If Sandhya is behind all this than like Alina said, she could have bought the doctor. Since Karan was diagnosed when he was a kid, there is no reason for him to get a second opinion. I mean, they all trust Sandhya very much.
At the moment, anything is possible. It is a TV show so kuch bhi chalega.

yeah, the doctor could be paid a huge amount for tampering with karan's medicines...bc i think when karan tried to apply the topical cream during the shaadi, i don't think it worked which could be possible that he's apply expired or medicines...the dates could be changed or not there at all..or like some members said it could just be a normal skin allergy and he got worried if its spreadable or not ...now whether the medicines are expired and all the raas-leela is gonna come out this week
