What if this Arjun is fake

So after watching all the last episodes,i just have reached to one assumption that might be this isn't Arjun Sharma.Because i will let you know my points

1)Arjun had a very pure affection for Saanjh,he never lusted her which is shown at the moment

2)Arjun loved Maya truly,he didn't jump on her proposal he took his time analysed his feelings and when he got that moment he immediately proposed her.So the ones saying before two days he said no then how all of a sudden he proposed Maya?So my answer is to realise love one moment is enough.

3)Arjun though being casual never had such flirtatious attitude which he is flaunting these days

4)If Arjun really loved or even had slightest feeling for Saanjh ,he wouldn't opt Shantispot for Suhaagraat

I have said about fake Arjun in one of the posts based on KT's interview that he will be playing a double role. So just as there is Maya 1 & Maya 2. There is also Arjun 1 & Arjun 2, which is duplicate Arjun. It can also be that Arjun 2 might have killed Ashwin & pushed Jhanvi because it was showing a male hand in the background.

Even for Vikram's accident, it didn't look like Maya's hand. So it is duplicate Arjun.
