Hi, I'm sorry this is off topic and i don't even know if we are allowed to do this but can anyone recommend some good novels to read? Something that is fun. I won't mind a serious issue book too. Anything as long as its writing is worth reading!

Oh yes! I love reading a lot. I'll recommend the ones i thought were perfect.
* Simon vs the homosapiens agenda by becky albertalli.

The book is so amazing! The writing is easy to read and at times, I just couldn't put the book down. I actually finished it in line 6 hours. This is about Simon (who's gay btw) and his life with his sisters, his parents and his friends. And Blue. You should seriously try reading this!

* Emmy and Oliver by Robin Benway

It is a coming-of-age story about friendships, family, and growing up. The book feels so real and honest that you can easily sympathize with them.

* Peach Girl by Peggy Kern

It's about a runway girl who was lured into prostitution. This is one of those books that grips you immediately. It's so well written and you can just feel the character's pain. This book really affected me a lot.

* Forgive me, Leonard Peacock by Matthew Quick

I don't really know how to review this book. I don't think i can without crying. It's about 17 year old boy who plans to shoot his ex bestfriend and then kill himself on his birthday. There are so many issuea targeted that i if i go any further, it will spoil it for you! This is highly recommended!

* None of the above by I.W G

It's an Incredibly important book about a transgender girl. Both informative and emotional. I absolutely loved it.

Thank you Mandira. I had read the first one and i love it. It's my favorite too. Thank you for the other books. I googled each one of them and they come with a promising plot. I'll read each one starting with Leonard Peacock seeing it touched you more than the others. I'll read it and I'll tell you then what i thought of it.

I believe there is a thread which is global & exclusively discusses about books.
I will post the link if I can find it.
