Panditji is definitely fake ...He must have been lured by Mrs Kapoor to say those lines to impress Oberois. Moreover we haven't seen that panditji at any other functions in OM.
Forewarning relates to Shivaay...eldest son of the house...That in itself is biggest pointer to Shivaay being an Oberoi...
It could be related to something Shivaay sees or acts on. Shivaay witnesses staged one sided romance between Ranveer and Priyanka. He believes that Ranveer will take good care of his sister...It is possible that Ranveer is in cahoots with Daksh...Shivaay has let his guard down with Daksh in jail...Ranveer's acts of protecting the dignity of his finacee was just a smokescreen..Annika might find out something and a possible showdown between the two cannot be ruled out...
Secondly Shivaay brings Soumya back to OM. She might be here with an ulterior motive...There are too many spoilers floating around about Soumya turning grey. Unwittingly, Shivaay falls into the web of deceit.
Shivaay being an illegitimate: Tej is privy to minutest details of Sakthi, if it were to be true Tej would have used it as his first weapon to take down Shivaay.
But seeing things ( his sons, GF and business) slip out of his control, it is possible Tej may mislead Shivaay.
I definitely do not want Annika to turn negative and why would she turn negative... Shivaay knows even in her dreams Annika can never hurt anyone ...let alone her only pati parameshwar and his family For him she has been putting up with that ogre of Pinky ...Like I mentioned above they might end up fighting with all guns blazing... We know in fit of fury Shivaay spews hurtful words...Annika will be hurt by beyond words...
