Nope. Alia can only do roles that are "created" and tailored for her. She cant do anything iconic.

DP wasn't any great but she was at least good in fight scenes.

And No, Aloo can't do Mastani. Doesn't look like one is separate discussion but Aloo won't be able to do justice to badly written character like Mastani.

Aloo can't also do Piku. DP was, is and will remain a perfect Piku. Pari can but Aloo definitely not.
