JNDSD~ My take~Monday 13.3.17 ~ Child Proofing..
Keeping children safe , offering them a secure environment to live in, is the duty of the welfare statement. Ensuring their child's health and safety in the main falls upon the family, i.e parents and guardian. Alongside, the childrens security also falls upon all other outsides agencies involved in their lives. To me it's fairly clear that in introducing Madhav in the story , the CV's also raise certain issues related to children which are perhaps overlooked by adults. For example Madhav's kidnapping from the school premises is a serious incident. Viewing parents are also encouraged to look beyond academic standards , towards what measures are taken to ensure the health and safety of their child. Last two episodes have dealt with Madhav's disclosure of seeing Suman , his drawings only confirm repeatedly that Suman features as a cause of some distress to him. Today's episode right from the start shows the need for families to safeguard such areas where young children are very likely to cause themselves grievous bodily harm. Hence there remains no doubt in my mind, that although wrapped around , the spooky dose of witch craft and evil spells. The cv's do well in keeping the track revolving around the needs and requirements of a child. By showing viewers that each strand of a child's physical, emotional and mental health, is equally important for it contributes towards a well, sound, healthy child... our future human resource.
Under the cloak of night ,dark deeds flourish. Suman banks on Madhav being a child for her next move. She is aware by hypnotising him she can manipulate him into endangering his life, by standing on the balcony wall. Does Madhav have an awareness of a sense of danger when he looks down below, funnily enough at his father's bike? Or Suman controls this precarious scene too? a ploy only to scare the living daylights out of Vividha! and not really intending to kill off Madhav .. on second thoughts she had that in mind , in fact if she had her way she would have killed both Atharv and this mite! If stupid Guddi hadn't stuck her oar in! Only Suman's plan suffers a setback when Ravish ,the protector! comes in like superman himself! and saves the boy , which Vividha could not do so due to her shell shocked condition. Suman, gets beaten in her game by her own son. Is Ravish as a father, now going to show more concern about Madhav's mental health? But one thing is evident that the man provides Vividha support by being there by her side as her protector.
Guddi being an adult has a heightened sense of danger around her. She becomes paranoid that the girl with anklets is about. To a great extent Guddi is right , as the benign being stalks around the house. Perhaps to keep an eye on how Guddi too like Suman , keeps Atharv mesmerized in a trance? Is Guddi too beginning to see strange images, like watching a woman heading up the stairs? Is her mind too playing tricks? Fear grips her. But her protector Atharv turns up concerned about Guddi's strolling in the house when she should be resting. Like the good husband he chivvies her to sleep, both totally unaware, especially Atharv that the presence's eyes scans them from the distant dark shadows.
Having the house child proofed is the need of the hour , protective grill will be erected to ensure Madhav's security. But Vividha, as madhav's mother refers to other safe areas of the house, Suman's room where her boy for some reason was far from safe as he passed out there! She talks about her son's strange drawings, his insistence he saw Suman in her room.
Suman is one step ahead in her game. Her strategy of tweaking her plans from A to B if needs be, soon come into action as she turns things right around to fit Madhav's words. She shows up as the very picture of piety, lies through her teeth, that she came in the dead of the night while all slept. So Suman eliminates the possibilities of Madhav being under some mental duress due to her..cleverly she clears the hazy doubts about her in this lot's minds!even shows mock concern for Madhav..Ravish can sense Vividha is concerned so he assures all that Madhav's sleeping issue will be discussed with the doctor once he recovers from whatever he suffers from.
It is interesting to see, that none of these people insinuate the influence of evil spirits or black magic upon Madhav.. is it because they are god-fearing on the one hand? and fairly modern and new age in their mindset?
But a mother knows how to child proof her boy from such people who appear harmless and benign.. her heart tells her something ,someone in Delhi unhinged her Madhav to such an extent that he is far removed from what he used to be!
There's no stopping Vividha now, no permission, from mother ,husband or elders is needed. Off to Delhi she goes!. Her journey is perhaps set up by the gods themselves! When sin becomes ugly enough to use little cherubs as pawns! That's the moment lord Shiva performs the tandev and shakes up the cosmos into action! and out of what he destroyed the lord seeks to create again from destruction!
There is something in the universe, colors, hues of something good about to happen ,a festivity! a joy! a union perhaps? A calling to someone lost in the doldrums .. Vividha needs to know about her exact destination. She rings one, who is already lost, off track. Just one polite hello?on the phone seems to put Atharv vaguely back on the road, from whence he came from? pleasantries follow, her voice he wants it ,to carry on and on. He will be gracious and humble ..so she can insist on showing gratitude .. his voice sounds like one who was air to her.. her voice to him is like the dwindling, amorous , notes of the flute that lord Krishna plays for his Radha.. as she shyly sides the peacock feather from her eyes... yes they have to meet , he will await the arrival of his destiny.. for centuries he walked alone on a lonely road..now one faintly known arrives.. Madhav's mother ..vividha.. Vividha.. depart not from my heart..
The forces of evil work to sabotage once again to keep Atharv and Vividha from meeting each other. Suman contacts Guddi .. but to no avail .. in the precap it shows that Atharv gives Guddi a surprise by organizing a Holi celebration in their garden.. Atharv amid all the celebrations suddenly stops he senses Vividha's presence, in the jet and flurry of shooting colours.. Vividha looks out at this familiar figure, who turns his head backwards.. are they meant to catch sight of each other? to create a kaleidoscope of colors called eternal love? hamlet53 14.3.17
