If by chance shivay is illegitimate, what if anika turn out to be khandan & belongs to rich family. Thou still shivay will be oberoi but he will not be legal heir coz Kamini shakti r not married. Just a guess ?? But still anika accept shivay openly as her husband which shivay always hesitated to accept anika as wife publicly.

this will make their love story pointless...she has NKK which does't matter to her

he will rather accept her because she has NKK or because he doesn't have them anymore
