No one believed me when I said kareenas done plastic surgery. Now unless she does fillers her constructed cheeks fall inwards. That's why her cheeks change from one day to next.

But forget Kareena, look at amritas face!!! It's a plastic surgery disaster!! And Malaikas face is pulled so tight, it might tear down the middle!!!

this is what happens when you lose your marbles in losing weight. She should have given herself some time off. She looks so tired and her face and cheeks look wo weird. This abrupt weightloss doing absolutely no good to her face
