How can one sign divorce papers, if one is not married??

I cant fathom this...did the marriage take place in Fantasy Island???

We weren't aware about Gandhrav vivaah... Unless MAHEK claimed it ...Let's see if there is any saperate rule for getting divorce as per GV..

Guys, agreement papers for sure...Yes, Shaurya had come to Mehak that she will not return to his life by any other mode so he just want an agreement on that...In which Mehak hv to sign...

I am aure...Notification of Agreement is written on that papers actually its blur so i cannot see it properly in a scene...
