Hiw is Tej normal in Ishqbaaz and a monster in DBO?

I feel like I am watching two different shows..It would have been better if they would have extended ishqbaaz to 1 hour.

Spin off is a different show with some connection so take it that way

The thing is tez isn't going to discuss his matters in front of kamini😆

That show its discusses shivay s issues and his parents issues. Ofcourse tez is part of family but his issues are explored in DBO.

Oh no...then we would have got 40 minutes of just ShivIKa and RiKara-RuMya as just props.

In IB Prinyankas marriage track is going on so Assume Tej & Jhnavi r good in Front of them. What happens in DBO could be taking place in the afternoon at home.
I think they will match the scenes once this Svetlana drama is over. But yes it's confusing if they r showing two diff shows might as well they should have taken Kunal and started with a new show with a new story Y the need of this spin off.!

Do u understand concept of spinoff it is created because character is popular and who didnt get his due in actual show so spinoff is created to explore character...I dont understand the problem of ib fans u guys arent happy wi th even whole shivika and wanted omru props but hate it bec omru are getting due like what is problem..And spinoff is new show for goddamn say ala like west eevn sp said ek naya show

@ Bold: Because people wanted to see the story of Omkara and Rudra. Not a new show with Kunal as the lead. They wanted to see Kunal playing Omkara and getting SS to show his story. They wanted to see Rudra and his story get progression. Neither of which was happening in IB. Therefore, instead of extending IB to one hour and showing more of the same Tinky and Saas Bahu drama or Mahaan bahu sacrificing her life for her in-laws, or how Shivaay gets blackmailed daily, they decided to do another show taking the younger two brothers as the focus.

DBO IS a different show and there was never an intent to make it an extension of IB. I don't understand even after 1 month why people have not understood the concept of a Spin-off. The timelines don't need to match. They are different shows. Yes it has the same characters and some new characters as well. But fundamentally they are two different stories. In DBO the TejVi family are the focus and they are doing all their dramas on the 2nd floor! LOL. Finally, we are seeing all the twisted dramas of Tej and how he acts when everyone else is not present. Clearly in the main lounge in front of the whole family and even guests, he would not act the same as he acts in private. I am happy for Mahesh Thakur as well. Finally he is also getting something of substance to do. He is a really good actor and was being mostly wasted in IB.
