What does that imply? Shraddha, Sonam. Jackey, Kriti, Sunny Leon, Vaani... all are ahead of Deepika, as their YouTube hits are more?

Kala Chashma might have more YouTube hits than Diwani Mastani. But what was the first day/first weekend collection of both the movies?

What matters is, whether the song is good enough for listening (in audio player) or good for watching (in computer/ipad) or worthy enough to pay money to watch it on big screen. Diwani Mastani had the last factor.

It may not be the only reason. But it (grandeur in the song) was definitely one of the factors. This, as well as the action scenes in BM's trailer made sure of initial collection.

She's never really had been featured in a good song with mammoth repeat value. Nor does she have the dancing capabilities to make Lovely a rage which is otherwise a great song! After seeing your post, I actually sat back and tried to think which song of hers I would repeatedly like to watch! It took me a few minutes to come up with a decent song that is Nagada Sang Dhol. I don't know why but her songs have always been kind of underwhelming.

I think we're really overthinking it...if you wanna go crazy with your friends on the dancefloor or at the club or jam to something at home, is it really going to be something like Deewani Mastani or Pinga (her most recent songs)? No, its gonna be something like Kaala Chashma or a Baadshah number 😆...I bet thats where these views are coming from

^Lol, true. I don't think anyone would be break dancing to Deewani Mastani. The song is too somber and mellow, nor does it have high-energy choreography.
