First of all I want to make one thing clear, in the second scenario I am not saying that Shivaay misunderstanding Anika will be a completely bad thing. We still get Shivaay being supportive of Anika, and he will be guilty of misunderstanding Anika during the Daksh fiasco. This misunderstanding will the only rational outcome in Shivaay's mind. He does not have that kind of relationship with Anika, and he knows that Anika is not that time of woman, so the only logical explanation based on the month pregnancy he come to the conclusion that she was raped when she was kidnapped.

Now I feel Shivaay might know about the MMS, maybe ACP has come to Shivaay to talk about the goons that were arrested. He might say that there were pictures of prinku that was sent to someone. He might have made the offer that he will marry prinku, and that what happened to gayatri murder was him just being a professional. Her pregnancy will be hidden from Shivaay. I think this is the way the second scenario can be made into a possibility.

The first possibility may play out in that Shivaay sees Prinku in the hospital when she is getting tested, or when she is vomitting. Prinku will tell Shivaay the truth after she is questioned.
