even though omkara might not regard this wedding... they did marry in front of all d villagers for whom these rituals r counted as wedding.. so there r witnesses ..

so if swetlana gets any paper signed by omkara that he has to marry her at any cost... rikara marriage will come as a saviour... if he is already married then this contract wont even be applicable.. and in india even such a marriage which has so many witnesses is accepted..

Although the show doesn't follow any medical or legal rules

But those villagers witness would also not hold in the court of law since they will have to say that marriage happened without any Pandit plus the circumstances of the marriage would be another reason for non compliance or non legality of this marriage

About the contract as you said, pre nupital contracts have no legal validity or binding in India
