Can you please suggest me some forums which are similar to India forums ... I mean forums which discuss about movies and TV shows of their country... Or is it only IF in the world which discusses about foreign shows too?

Bollywhat is somewhat similar (and better). Not sure about TV shows though.

Try reddit for specific Western shows. Devoid of the worship of actors seen on IF forums. Discussions are mostly about the episodes and characters.
