I need help (music related). Please?

Hi there let me introduce myself. I am new to these forums (as you can tell). I was born in raised in New York. My father is Indian (Gujrati) and mother is Japanese. I know many languages (English, French, Gujrati, Japanese and Hindi) but sadly Hindi is language I know the least. I neglected to watch many Hindi movies while growing up, so my knowledge of Hindi weakened as I got older. Now I fell in love with them and am catching up on old favourites I used to watch as a child and am also watching the newer Bollywood releases as well. When I watch a Hindi movie or show I understand roughly 70%-75% of what they are saying. I live by myself, and I do not have any Hindi speaking friends so I have no one to really ask for help when I am confused about the meaning of words or sentences.

So let get to the point. I was wondering if I could use this topic to post Hindi lyrics and someone out there, who is kind enough to translate the lyrics, into (roughly) English? I know I am asking for too much but I would really appreciate it. I don't need explicit or very detailed translations. A rough or hastly translation will do. I usually understand the gist of the song but usually there a few words or phrases that I have no idea of their meaning.

The first I am posting is from one of my favourite movies, Hum Kisi Se Kam Nahin:
