This show is so comical

I am sorry but the whole dark vs fair issue seems so outdated and lame. I watched one episode because I was bored and this old lady tries to kill herself because

SHE THINKS SHE'S NOT HOT

and her daughter is not fair

I am sorry but that is just too ridiculous because most of India have dark skin. I am sure they don't just go and off themselves.

The dark daughter isn't even bad looking and her "gora" brother has dark skin too. There isn't much difference in their skin color. There is probably one or two shades difference.

The other so called gora hot looking half sister isn't even that fair compared to the dark girl. So much that they have to hide the other daughter because she is too good looking.

So which freak will cancel a wedding just because a "supposedly better looking" girl attends it? Its not like she is Aishwarya Rai, even if she was, no one cancels it

HAHAHAHA

Who watches this?

First of all the issue maybe outdated but it still exists in today's world and this is just a serial and it can take up any issue the creatives want.

The lady does not try to kill herself as per what you say, but her daughter's marriage just broke off in front of everyone, everyone insulted her husband and her daughter for being dark skinned, dont know if u can even understand the emotions and the feeling of parents what they go thru at such a time.

For your info this serial is at No. 1 on the TRP charts and a lot of people are watching it and liking it compared to other serials being shown.

Moreover if you do not like it or do not want to watch it no one is forcing you to, but please do not start bashing a serial just cause u dont like it, do think about and respect the feelings of others who do watch and like the show.
