Mirror had earlier reported (Jan 21) that Sridevi and her Mom co-stars, Pakistani actors Sajal Ali and Adnan Siddiqui, and Vikas Verma, who plays the negative lead, will reunite in Delhi for the final leg of the shoot. A song and an important scene for the film that kicked off in March last year, are yet to be shot. Now, we hear that the team has shifted the said schedule's location to Bangkok to avoid controversy.


A source reveals, "The team is leaving for Bangkok in the first week of March and is expected to wrap up in two days. They were hoping to shoot in the Capital, where the story is set, and arrangements had been made, but the plan was changed at the last minute."



The Ravi Udyawar-directed emotional-drama, which also features Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Akshaye Khanna, was nearing completion when tensions between India and Pakistan flared up following the Uri attacks, leading to a ban on Pakistani artists in India, following which the shoot was postponed four months ago. The film kicked off in Delhi, which was followed by a two-month schedule in Georgia last May.

Why can't they shoot in Delhi? Pakistanis are not being given visas to India?
