Shaurya might've already confessed many times but during all those times he thought and believed that it was just acting. But now its probably the 1st time he confessed with pure honesty to both himself and Mehek.
That scene is too perfect and Shaurya's sly smiles to Mehek added flavour to it. I never thought he would ask her so directly whether she loves him even now but he did it and put forward his point too.
Yaar bro, every person in this world loves themselves first, I personally believe even if a person says that the most important person to them is their significant other, its a mere lie and that too directly on the face. We love a person and desire to be with them as they probably make us happy or understand us which makes our life easier. Based on my understanding of this complicated emotion called love, we can never love a person wholeheartedly if we aren't happy/satisfied with them in any way.
Shaurya has helped Mehek's family in many circumstances and he always was genuine. He saved both PD and Mohit from fire, saved Snehal, exposed Ajay, attacked Rohit for Sonali, these all are gratitude's and can't be forgotten forever. Shaurya himself gave many reasons for Mehek to love him and maybe one reason to hate him that he stole her mom's book and the other reason to be angry o him has to end now as he himself CONFESS'd his love for her.
