Because he's single. Why can't he? He is not committed to anyone. Naina did when she was married even though we, the viewers, know she didn't, but he thought she did when she was married. I mean there is a big difference between when Naina did and when Raghav is doing.

Unless you guys are not liking Raghav with other girls as Ralna fans and has problem because of that. Then I can understand. I am not liking Raghav with random girls either. I hope he stops it. Usually, I am very possessive of the couple I like and hate seeing them with anyone else. But here I haven't been their fan until very recently from the last few episodes when I started watching back and caught up with the episodes I had missed. Lol, so may be that's why seeing him with other girls isn't effecting me as much yet...
