For a long time now, there were rumors about trouble between 'Rangoon' co-stars, Shahid Kapoor and Kangana Ranaut. Stories about their 'cold war' had been making rounds in the town.
However, during the interviews of their film, both had clarified that all the reports about their rivalry are fake and they bond well with each other.
Despite all the clarifications, eyebrows were raised after Kangana was nowhere to be seen at Shahid's birthday bash. Her absence gave rise to many questions and yet again it was stated that the tiff between the two continues to prevail.
But, now we know why Kangana was not present at her co-star, Shahid Kapoor's pre- birthday bash.
Kangana was busy promoting the film following which she couldn't make it to the bash. She also penned down a letter for Mira Rajput Kapoor thanking her for inviting her and also stated the reason of her absence.
As per sources, "It was Shahid's wife Mira, who organized the party and she was the one who sent out the invites. Kangana was also on the list, but since she was in Delhi for the promotion of her upcoming film, she couldn't make it. However, she wrote a long letter to Mira thanking her for the invite and the reason why she won't be attending." (sic)
