Khyati: it was good mama enjoyed it

Khyati: ok go and freshen up till then I will go and get your favourite milkshake ready.

Khyati: sounds good will be back on few mins... she ran up to her room and nirmala and Sandhya looked at each and smiled. Kunal was hiding behind the curtain but Khyati didn't realise as she was busy typing away on her phone. She straight went to the washroom and came out after 5 mins wiping her face with the towel. When Khyati went to the washroom Kunal took that opportunity and laid on her bed resting on his elbows

Khyati was wiping her face with the towel when she head someone voice

Kunal: hey little sister. Khyati stopped wiping her face and turned towards the bed to see Kunal laying on her bed. She stood there for few mins and then with a big smile she ran towards his screaming in excitement. Kunal stood up

Khyati: kunal Bhai. She said hugging him tightly Kunal hugged her back and picked her up turning her around in circle. Once they calmed down Kunal placed her down.

Kunal: how r u?

Khyati: was good but even happier seeing u she said hugging him again

Kunal: even I'm happy to see u.

Khyati: but bhai u didn't even say u were coming. Nobody told me at home

Kunal: I know it was a surprise that me and masi maa planned so nobody knew now only dad is left

Khyati: haha I can't wait to see his reaction.

Kunal same here

Khyati: come let go down she said putting her hands around his arm and both went downstairs

meanwhile at Meghna place... Meghna didn't realise when she slept she woke up and saw it was 5:15pm

Meghna: mama would be back by now. She quickly freshened up and went down to see sharda already had came and was sitting with savitri. Both were busy looking in a file and discussing something

Meghna: what r u both discussing about ...she asked and sat down next to sharda

Savitri: nothing beta we were just talking about the employees on whose salary we should increase and who should get promotion

Meghna: ohh by the way I forgot To ask how is your pickle and hotel business doing

Savitri owned many hotels in city which were famous and she also started a pickle business.

Savitri; both r doing good beta and also thanks to sharda who helps out on taking decision she said placing her hand on sharda shoulder.

Sharda: maa don't thanks me I am glad that I am able to help U in business.

Savitri: I will thank u as much as I can and u can't stop me for that. But forget about this and tell me did u speak to your brother

Sharda: yes maa he asked when r we all coming to boondhi and I said soon. Maybe when naina comes back we all can go.

Savitri: yes we all need a break.

Sharda; by the way maa I forgot to tell u that vishal is coming over... Meghna got happy that her cousin brother would be coming

Savitri: sharda u don't need to tell me everything and even this is vishal house he is Meghna and naina brother and like my grandson so he has all the right to come she said lovingly. Ok I will be back in few minutes will go and put this file away. Sharda looked at savitri walking away. Meghna saw her lost in thoughts

Meghna: mama what happened what r u thinking?

Sharda: I'm lucky to get maa as my mother in law. U know Meghna when your father left us all of a sudden just by leaving a letter that he is not good enough and left us so we can have a better future I broke down I didn't know what to do but maa she didn't break down she stood up for us when the society was blaming me that your papa left us. But maa didn't she supported me for everything. Words r less to thank her... what she has done for me I don't think anyone would have done that she said wiping a small tear.

Meghna cupped sharda face

Meghna: mama please don't cry. Dadi has been there for u and also for me and naina but u have been our strength the way u motivated us to be in life I thank u for that. In short we all r each other's strength. .. till then savitri came back.

Savitri: sharda shall we start making dinner preparation.

Meghna: dadi how about we go out to eat.

Savitri: sure I don't mind

Voice: wow the best plan ever... savitri, sharda and Meghna turned towards the door to see vishal standing there with his bag and big smile on his face

Meghna moved forward to hug him and vishal pretended that he was about to hug her but quickly moved towards savitri and sharda. While Meghna stood near the door with her hands on her hips

Vishal took blessing of sharda and savitri and then went to Meghna and gave her a hug who then puched him on his stomach

Savitri: beta u came at the right time. But U should have told us that U were coming today...we would have sent the driver...Vishal smiled looking at everyone. He has his arms around Meghna shoulder.

Vishal: I know dadi... plus I didn't want to tell u all that I was coming because I wanted to surprise u all that y I didn't even tell mami...and I also have another surprise for u

Sharda: what surprise

Vishal: not now mami u all will see the surprise once we come back after having dinner.

Savitri: come on let's get ready by the time we leave it will be 6pm... vishal beta u go up till then I will go and tell one of the workers to put the bag in your room

Vishal: don't worry dadi I can carry it. All went in their own room and got ready and came back down in 10 mins

Meanwhile at the Chauhan Kunal was sitting on the couch watching TV... while nirmala and sandhya were in the kitchen... Khyati was busy playing carom with dadu.

Khyati: Bhai come on play with us

Kunal: nope I can't be asked.

Sujan Singh: let it be Khyati we all know he won't play if karan is not here... Kunal smiled and went to them and sat down on a chair.

Kunal: exactly... plus me and karan r the best players in carom but let's see if u r good or Khyati is

Sujan Singh: looks whose talking. Praising himself... beta ji don't forget I taught u how to play carom

Kunal: dadu that was a good joke... suddenly they had a car horn and knew nk is here.

Kunal hid behind the pillar.

Nk walked in and nirmala came out of the kitchen and gave him some water

Nk: thank u so much nirmala. He then went near dadu and Khyati and touched dadu feet and caressesed Khyati hair before sitting down

Nk: Khyati how was college

Khyati: it was good papa

Sujan Singh: what happened nand Kishore u seem tired

Nk: nothing much bau ji there was some issue in one of the contract so was busy sorting that out

Sujan Singh: is it sorted he asked concernedly

Nk: yes bau ji nk said said with a small smile...

Suddenly nk felt someone cover his eyes from behind. He tried to move but nirmala stopped by speaking

Nirmala: nk u won't move until u don't figure out who's covered your eyes

Nk: but who has covered me eyes

Sandhya: y don't u figure it out yourself bhaisaab. Kunal smiled from behind

Nk touches the hand that was covering his eyes but he still couldn't figure it out suddenly his fingers touched the ring that was on Kunal finger and a smile came on his face

Nk: it's Kunal he said with a smile coming on his face. Kunal moved his hand away and nk got up and turned towards Kunal.

Nk: *ahem* it's good to see u back Kunal he said professionally and forwarded his hand. While the other rolled their eyes as they knew what was going to happen

Kunal : same here dad he said in the same tone shaking nk hand.

Khyati mumbled: 1.2.3 end of drama once she said this nk and Kunal laughed and nk pulled Kunal in for a hug.

Kunal: missed u dad

Nk: missed u too son. And I must say what a surprise he said tapping on kunal shoulder

Kunal: thank u.

Nirmala: by the way how did u find out it was Kunal. I thought it will take u a while.

Nk: the thing is mrs nand Kishore our son was wearing the ring I had gave him so it was easy to find out.
Nirmala smiled she always liked it when nk addresses her as Mrs nand Kishore.

Sujan Singh: Kunal now that u have even given surprise to your dad let have dinner

Nirmala: you go and freshen up till then we will set dinner on the table. Nand Kishore nodded while everyone headed to the dining table... nirmala went to tell the worker to start warming up the food while she took the other items to the table.

At the restaurant

The Solanki was enjoying their dinner at the restaurant.

Vishal was actually entertaining all of them and telling about funny incidents that happened in bhoondi

Savitri: beta how is everyone at home

Vishal: they all r good dadi but they r missing all of u a lot.

Sharda: even we miss them but we will surely plan a trip to boondhi

Savitri: absolutely

Meghna: vishal bhai haven't mama and mami thought about your marriage she said teasingly

Sharda: Meghna stop it

Meghna: oh come on mama I know vishal bhai is your favourite ladla but do u know he is the only one from his friends group that hasn't got married yet

Vishal: so it that a crime?

Meghna: no I'm just saying plus it's your age to get married she said teasingly

Vishal: mami I think she wants to get married that's y she is talking about my marriage he said looking at Meghna with a victory smile

Meghna: no way dont even say that

Vishal: y it's fair if u joke and not fair when I joke... Meghna was about to reply back when dadi spoke

Savitri: enough u both... I don't understand every time u both meet there is always an argument.

Vishal: u see dadi that's our love until we don't argue whenever we meet then it feels like something is missing

Meghna: right she said giving him a hi-five

Savitri: sharda it's impossible to understand these too she said slightly laughing looking at sharda.

Everyone at the chauhan house were sitting at the dining table and eating their dinner. Nk asked Kunal how his studies went

Kunal: it was good dad

Nk: so when do u plan to join office then

Kunal: soon dad but if u want me to join from tomorrow then I don't mind

Nk: no its fine u can enjoy for few day and then join

Sandhya: that's a good idea Bhai saab also we will be making a plan for our new project so Kunal could help in that

Nk: absolutely... bau ji after dinner I would like u to check the details of this project...sujaan singh nodded

Nirmala: ok enough can we please not have business topics at dinner time please this is meant to be family time

Nk: oops sorry i forgot you're the boss at home he said jokingly and everyone laughed.

Meghna and her family reached home after having dinner... and they all sat in the living area. Vishal was standing

Vishal: ok my beautiful ladies u ready for the surprise.

Meghna: what is it?

Vishal: u will know soon till then all of u close your eyes ..

Sharda: vishal just say it ?

Vishal: nope for my sake please close your eyes...They all sighed and closed their eyes

Vishal: I will be back in few minutes till then no peaking.

Vishal quickly went to his room and quickly got his laptop and connected it to the projector that was in the living room once he saw that everything is ready he dimmed the lights a bit. And made a call.

Meghna: vishal how long r u going to take.

Vishal: few more mins he said logging on to the social app on his laptop once it was connected he waved a hi to someone on the projector screen


Vishal: ok so now u all can open your eyes... all 3 of them opened their eyes to realise the lights were dimmed. They looked at vishal but when they saw who was on the projector screen they were too happy and moved on to the couch that was near the projector

Savetri: naina!

Sharda: bacha

Meghna: chiku. They all said excitedly while vishal laughed and sat next to Meghna.

Naina: hello to my lovely family.

Meghna: baby I am missing u so much

Naina: aww my lovely meghu di even I miss u. How was last day of college

Meghna: it went good but when r u coming back

Naina: well I was meant to come this week but my college decided that exams for all second year students will be held this week so I will be coming next week

Savitri: beta do let us know what day u will be coming back and all the best for your exams don't stress yourself out

Naina: thank u my sweet dadi and promise I will do my best

Sharda: beta do eat properly.. sleep on time and if u need anything then so call us.

Naina: will do maa but for now I am missing your tasty food

Sharda: don't worry when u r back I will make all your favourite dishes.

Vishal: oh hello u all r busy talking to Naina but nobody thanked me...this was my idea

Savitri: thank u beta. This was the best surprise she said pulling his cheeks... all talked to naina about 10-15mins

Naina: ok I will go now will revise for a bit then sleep all said their byes to Naina and then ended the video call.

Savitri: ok everyone I'm calling it a night now... good night she said getting up. Meghna and vishal gave a kiss on her cheeks and said good night

Sharda: maa I will bring milk for u till then as u need to have your medicine as well.

Meghna and vishal decided to watch a movie and sat back down on the couch and started looking for a movie to watch

At the chauhaan house everyone was sitting on the sofa while enjoying their desert.

Kunal: oh god we forgot your gifts in the car.

Khyati: gifts she said excitingly

Sandhya: don't worry Kunal I had told the driver to take the gift out of the car... Shankar can u please bring the gifts she said calling out to the worker who came back with few bags. Kunal was taking out all the gifts and was giving it to each of the family members he also gave sandhya one who was surprised as she didn't know when Kunal had picked a gift for her... she thanked him and helped him as she knew what was for who while Kunal was busy giving dadu his gift sandhya noticed another gift in the bag

Sandhya: Kunal beta is this gift for karan? Kunal looked at sandhya and his eyes widened

Kunal: no masi maa it's actually for someone else he said taking the gift from her hand as it was for Meghna.
Everyone nodded and starts opening their gift

Dadu was gifted a shawl... nirmala was gifted a diamond necklace... Khyati had a new laptop... nk gift was a branded suit and sandhya had a diamond earrings

Everyone thanked Kunal for the gifts

Khyati: by the way bhai what about karan bhais gift

Kunal: I will get him something when he comes

Kunal went to his room and placed the wrapped gift in the cupboard and closed it

Kunal: I promise meri topper I will give this gift to u when u agree to come on a coffee date with me.
