what is the exact meaning of custody track??

What wil happen during custody track can someone explain to me??? Thanks in advance

Now the child ( Soha) custody is with Sonakshi as her biological mom. As per the prenup Dev or his family has no rights. Just because there is prenup signed doesn't mean that Dev later cannot change his mind and ask for child custody or visitation rights .

In this case if Sona refuses for any of the above , then Dev can approach the court for his child's custody. Some separated parents mutually agree wrt child custody that ...kid will stay with either of the parent and the other will be given visitation rts ...but when both parents are not able to settle on this then the court will help them settle the child custody dispute.

Its rather painful for kids...they get to see two imp ppl fighting against each other...so I personally wouldn't want this.

Sona or Dev...one of them should give in for their daughter. They should never fight in front of their daughter .

I really don't get the pre-nup. Was it not signed without a lawyer, after marriage and without a witness? How can that even be accepted as a document? Also everyone's been saying, since Dev signed it, Dev has no rights on Soha. But if the document itself was not submitted, how will anyone know they signed a pre-nup? Even if it was submitted would't this pre-nup be a void?

This is entertainment industry, validity of any law ends right here. If they want to bring prenup, consider it a valid document.
BTW, it really doesn't matter what Dev wants or does it ? Even now in front of Ishwari he doesn't believe anyone, we have seen it last week with Sona. He trusts Ishwari completely (or say he doesn't have the guts to say it was her fault) so If she says bring me the grandchild, he will do anything to achieve that and snatch Soha from Sona. My only hope is If it goes to custody battle, Sona should give a tough fight to this mother-son duo and win the case.
