Smriti meets with an accident

Smriti Irani met with a freak accident on her way to Dakor. She was accompanied by her husbadn Zubin and few family friends, But escaped unhurt.

Smriti after completing the shoot for KBC was on her way to darshan to Lord Krishna temple at Dakor in Kheda district of Gujrat, India. When all of a sudden there was a blast in the car, that was going by the speed of 100kmph. The fan belt broke causing an explosion.

though i dont have a good knowledge about it all i can assume is that may the fan is for keeping the carburreter and engine of the vehicle cool
